Eligibility Criteria

उम्मीदवारों को अपने संबंधित discipline code की prescribed qualification, minimum marks, qualification acquisition period और अन्य conditions को पूरा करना जरूरी है। आवेदन करने से पहले official notification को पूरा पढ़ना चाहिए।

Graduate Apprentice

Discipline Code 112 के लिए regular full-time BA / B.Com / B.Sc / BBA degree prescribed है। General, EWS और OBC-NCL candidates के लिए minimum 50% और reserved SC/ST/PwBD positions के लिए 45% marks की शर्त notification में दी गई है।

Data Entry Operator

Discipline Code 113: Class 12th, लेकिन graduate से नीचे, तथा General/EWS/OBC-NCL के लिए 50% और reserved SC/ST/PwBD positions के लिए 45% marks की शर्त है।

Discipline Code 114: Class 12th, लेकिन graduate से नीचे, तथा recognized authority द्वारा जारी Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate भी आवश्यक है।

Qualification Mode: सभी notified disciplines के लिए qualification recognized University/Institute से full-time regular course के रूप में होनी चाहिए। Part-time, correspondence या distance-learning mode से प्राप्त qualification eligible नहीं है।

Selection Process

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 में written examination और interview नहीं है। Selection notified eligibility और prescribed qualification में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर merit से किया जाएगा।

NAPS / NATS Registration
Candidate को संबंधित apprenticeship portal पर registration करना होगा।

Merit Shortlisting
Essential prescribed qualification में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर merit list तैयार की जाएगी।

Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates को original documents तथा required copies के साथ verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness
Candidate को IOCL की prescribed medical fitness requirements पूरी करनी होंगी।

Offer of Engagement
Documents और medical fitness requirements सही पाए जाने पर apprenticeship engagement offer जारी किया जा सकता है।

Training Duration & Stipend

Apprenticeship training की अवधि 12 महीने है।

Stipend: Notification में कोई fixed monthly rupee amount नहीं दिया गया है। इसमें कहा गया है कि apprentices को stipend की दर Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 तथा संबंधित Apprentices Rules, as amended from time to time के अनुसार payable होगी।

Apprenticeship पूरी होने के बाद IOCL पर permanent employment देने की कोई obligation नहीं है और apprenticeship completion के आधार पर permanent employment का अधिकार claim नहीं किया जा सकता।

अपनी category के अनुसार NAPS या NATS portal पर registration/profile complete करें।

संबंधित discipline और notified state के अनुसार application करें।

Application submit करने से पहले personal, educational और category details carefully check करें।

Important Instructions

Application केवल Western Region में notified states/UTs की vacancies के लिए करें।
Training location भी notified Western Region states/UTs तक restricted है।
